Our conviction

AI automates tasks. Your advantage lies in what you can mobilise, connect and embody.

7C+1 is not designed to set humans against machines. It provides a shared language to allocate roles more effectively, develop useful capabilities and protect what must remain under human responsibility.

The experience

Not another test.
An analysis that starts a conversation.

The 7C+1 analysis combines your AssessFirst results with our framework. It turns profile data into development hypotheses to be tested against your professional reality.

  1. 01
    You complete AssessFirst

You complete the SWIPE and DRIVE assessments. BRAIN may complement the analysis when it is included in the campaign.

  2. 02
    We prepare your 7C+1 report

An independent analysis of your strengths, tensions, conditions for success and development opportunities.

  3. 03
We put the findings into perspective

A 30 to 45-minute conversation to contextualise the hypotheses and select one practical experiment.

Frequently asked questions

What you need to know before getting started.

Does 7C+1 measure how irreplaceable I am?

No. The framework produces neither a verdict nor an overall score. It offers an analysis of your strengths, tensions and the capabilities you can develop in your context.

Does the 7C+1 report replace AssessFirst reports?

No. It complements them. The 7C+1 report is an independent interpretation that puts AssessFirst data into perspective through the Human Advantage framework.

Who are the programmes for?

HR and L&D teams, executives and management communities seeking to strengthen tangible human capabilities in response to changes in work and AI.

What is the best way to start?

First, test the framework on yourself. Then use the debrief to identify the population, challenge and format that will be most useful to your organisation.

Your next step

Try the framework on yourself. Then let’s explore what it could unlock in your organisation.
